When can I expect my order?

When will my order be processed?
We process orders Monday through Friday, and you can expect your order to be processed within 1–3 business days and shipped the next day. Please note that we do not ship packages on weekends.

How can I track my package?
Once your order has been processed, we will send you a tracking code that allows you to track your package on our website. Just enter your email address and order number.
If you've lost your tracking code or entered the wrong email address, don't worry – our support team is here to help.
